K Karel Lambert is the owner of Lambert Patent Services Group, LLC. Before going into patent work, he was a professional inventor in industry, and received 11 US patents. He earned a BS in Biological Science at University of California at Irvine, and graduated with an MS in Microbiology (with Thesis) from San Diego State University in 1981.

Lambert holds 11 US Patents and has 20 scientific publications. After many years in Industry, Lambert joined the US Patent Bar in 2002 and is a fully accredited Patent Agent. His principal areas of practice include Green Technologies, Mechanical Devices, Biotechnology, and Process Engineering, including Microbiology.

He has been a long standing member of several professional associations and organizations including those listed below:
